Job Description:

The bpsolutions global TARs & Outages Team has an opportunity located at Cherry Point for a highly skilled, team-oriented Junior Analyst. The ideal candidate would have strong initiative and results orientation to provide both administrative and analytical support to the TARs VP and Leadership group. This individual will be able to work independently and thrive in a busy time-sensitive environment while excelling in a wide variety of activities and confidential matters, including developing business communication and presentations, data validation and analysis for selected global TAR activities and assembly of performance information. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask working a hybrid of analytical activities and support functions as directed by the TARs VP.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support global TAR activity set including improving team effectiveness and efficiency through information management, communications, data gathering, basic analytical work and presentation.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously & proactively; follow through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
  • Group and individual calendar and organizational support; arrangement of itineraries, travel plans, meetings and agendas; host and support visiting business partners, leaders and staff at the Cherry Point offices as applicable; prompt responses to internal and external requests.
  • General administrative duties in support of staff including coordination, basic office materials ordering, special projects, team activity and other ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Build relationships with key controls, performance and analytical team members.
  • Build relationships with support community, administrative assistants and other employees throughout the organization that will enhance the success of the business.
  • Serve as the focal point for TAR organization Information Management and Document Control (IMDC).
  • Manage the TAR Organization SharePoint site, including content updates, organization, and collaboration with Digital on modifications as needed.

Essential Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience and a proven track record as an Administrative Assistant or an individual contributor in a similar role
  • Experience in basic data, analytical or controls roles or equally applicable capacity
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and experience in managing a large agenda and strong MS Office skills
  • Strong track record in previous roles and have the ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize activities
  • Strong planning, organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Confident at liaising with stakeholders at all levels in an appropriate manner
  • Create an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone is treated with respect and dignity
  • Good team player who is self-motivated, energetic and proactive, keen to be a team player
  • Strong presentation, analytical, organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills
  • Listens carefully and consider different perspectives
  • Background or experience with IMDC processes is a plus.
  • Background or experience managing SharePoint sites is a plus.

How much do we pay (Base)? $71,000-$133,000.

*Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

This position is eligible for US Benefits - Core. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120-240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60-240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
