What will your job responsibilities include?
Administrative support for the HR department
- Ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of data in internal HR systems
- Printing, compiling, issuing, and signing employment contracts
- Supporting the onboarding/offboarding process (preparing welcome packages for new employees)
- Handling ad hoc requests from managers and employees
- Preparing reports (vacation, sick leave, and transportation allowance)
- Communicating updates in the Benefits Portal and working with a group of internal key users
Administrative support in employee training and development
- Supporting the organization of foreign language classes, allocating SEDUO licenses, processing employee training requests
- Supporting HR projects - Workday implementation and worker digitalization, preparing presentations and manuals
Responsibility for HR marketing activities
- Organizing internships and excursions for primary, secondary, and university students + arranging internship agreements
- Cooperating with the Country Employer Branding Specialist and supporting HR marketing in the region
- Preparing materials for internal communication (newsletter, production screens, etc.)
Responsibility for recruitment of blue-collar positions
- Managing the agenda related to employing foreign nationals
What are we looking for?
- Do you have a high school or university degree?
- Do you have at least 1 year of experience in HR?
- Do you feel at home in administration and working with Excel spreadsheets (functions like VLOOKUP, etc.)?
- Do you enjoy taking ownership of your work and preparing reports?
- Are you proficient in all MS Office tools?
- Do you speak English? (level B1-B2)
- Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal?
- Are you loyal and passionate about HR and teamwork?
- Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-organized?
- Do you enjoy learning new things, finding new solutions, and bringing new ideas? Then you are the right candidate for us, and we look forward to your CV!
