Overview

We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to take our product positioning and turn it into measurable pipeline growth. This role will own the execution of demand generation campaigns and go-to-market activation for new features and products. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing (focused on readiness, positioning, and enablement) to transform strategies into market-facing programs, and work directly with Marketing Ops and Sales to ensure campaigns generate qualified leads and revenue impact.

This is not a "soft marketing" role. You will own the numbers, build and run campaigns end-to-end, and move fast.

What you will do...
  • Own go-to-market activation for new products/features from campaign planning through delivery.
  • Build and run multi-channel demand generation programs (paid media, content syndication, ABM, social, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into market-ready campaigns.
  • Work directly with Sales to ensure marketing-generated leads are high-quality and actionable.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance in partnership with Marketing Ops.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines to deliver results on schedule.
  • Join internal and external calls to present programs, gather feedback, and align with revenue teams.

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing with direct demand gen experience.
  • Proven track record of pipeline and revenue impact, not just impressions.
  • Strong background in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
  • Project management skills to run multiple campaigns in parallel.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders.

  • $140k-$160k+ Actual salaries will vary based on various factors such as education, experience, training, scope, etc. The salary noted is just one component of our total compensation package.
