Student Assistant - Marketing & Communications

ABB
At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner. Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world. As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen. It won't always be easy, growing takes grit. But at ABB, you'll never run alone. Run what runs the world.
This Position reports to:
HR Business Partner
Your role and responsibilities
Are you currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a combination of both? And are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on, study-relevant experience in marketing and communication within a large, global company? Then you've come to the right place!
Fetching coffee, making copies, or clearing meeting rooms is not part of the job description for a student assistant at ABB. Quite the opposite. Here, a student job is your chance to apply theoretical knowledge from your studies in real business contexts. You'll get to test your skills on projects and tasks that truly matter to our business - and as long as you're willing to try, we'll be right behind you.
Your New Team and Workplace
You'll be joining a small but strong team led by Amalie Jensen, our Marketing Communications Coordinator - and former student assistant - who manages our marketing and external communications on a daily basis. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to collaborate with leadership and interact with marketing and communications teams across departments and international borders.
You'll find your new desk in Ballerup. It's just a 20-minute train ride from Copenhagen Central Station to Malmparken Station, which is within walking distance of the office. We compensate you for your travel time every time you're on-site. While we value working together physically as a team, flexibility is important to us - so you'll also have the option to work from home occasionally.
Your responsibilities
Below are some of the key tasks you'll be involved in - but we're open to new ideas if they bring value to the business. And don't worry, we don't expect you to master everything overnight.
Qualifications for the role
