We are supporting an international client in the renewable energy industry who is looking for a part-time HR Officer to join their team. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth HR processes and delivering excellent support to employees and management.

Function description

• Maintain accurate personnel administration, including drafting contracts, processing changes, social security and pension registrations, and performance records
• Support payroll administration by collecting and checking salary data, processing changes, and assisting with employee queries
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and following up on applications
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, accounts, and induction processes
• Prepare HR communications, letters, and updates while keeping employee files and systems up to date
• Contribute to optimizing the HR system and supporting new HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch language skills
• MBO degree in HR or related field
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
• Service-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to plan and organize your own workload effectively

• A part-time position (28-32 hours per week)
• Based in Velsen or Alkmaar
• Salary range: €3,351 - €4,482 gross per month, adjusted for part-time hours
