This Position reports to:
Product Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Product Marketing Specialist. The person employed in this position will be responsible for definition and implementation of product marketing strategy in the scope of medium voltage Digital Substation Products (DSP).

Your duties

• Definition and implementation of sales plans and marketing campaigns in Poland in the scope of Digital Substation Products, mainly MV protection relays.
• Cooperation with local sales team to achieve the assumed budget goals. Overseeing of sales execution by providing relevant support and guidance

for the sales team.
• Organization of trainings and conducting commercial and technical presentations to customers. Regular meetings with customers and reporting them in the CRM system. Forecasting of orders level and coordination of project pipeline using CRM. Participation in commercial negotiations with customers, coordination of commercial conditions across all sales channels.
• Active participation in the implementation of new products, market research and analysis.
• Close cooperation at the national and international level with Marketing and Sales, Product Management and factory teams.

Your competences
• Higher technical education - preferred Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Background in protection and control systems, knowledge of the power system architecture.
• Independence and a sense of responsibility for the tasks performed.
• Driving license category B.
• Willingness to frequent business trips.
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English at a communicative level.
