This Position reports to:

Mission Statement:

Reporting to the Project Director in Automotive Paint Process Automation business, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

Main Accountabilities:

Coordinating internal teams across proposal management, process engineering, sealing application, and quality standards while ensuring seamless project execution in domestic / oversea project. Act as key contact for the customer and an internal escalation point for project issues Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including management and customer reporting Define a project plan including scope and financial plans, schedule, risk management and HSE Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses Identify, qualify, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued Capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer Ensure a smooth transition from the project team to the service team Living ABB's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Education: Bachelor or above degree in engineering
• Knowledge: A good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
• Skills: Fluent English skill both in written and oral, preferably have PMI certification.
• Experience: More than 5 year's project management in Automotive paint systems, robotic sealing applications, and system integration.
