This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager

Mission Statement:

为销售团队提供销售相关支持,协助销售行政事务,以及业务相关的跨部门沟通与协调。

Main Accountabilities:

数据及系统:公司相关系统/ 档案使用。

流程:根据各类销售流程完成岗位工作。

文档:准备文档,协校对、编辑等。保存必要的文件。

行政支持:销售相关及一般行政工作并负责具体的公司/ 部门流程/ 计划的传达与执行。为销售团队提供行政类支持,如排车、文具下单、office 6S管理等。

沟通:负责职责范围内的不同沟通任务,确保销售团队及时知晓相关更新信息。

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• 本科及以上学历
• 良好的书面及口头沟通能力
• 能够承担多项任务,注重细节
• 能够快速融入销售团队,具备团队精神
• 能够熟练使用Microsoft Office EXCEL / WORD等办公软件。
