Location: South Coast - We require x1 Delivery Engineer based in Kent and x1 Delivery Engineer based in either Kent, Sussex, Hampshire or IOW

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and govern work requests from service partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with customer case teams, planners, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic incentives.
- Monitor contractor performance, compliance, and health & safety standards.
- Review job volumes, costs, and escalate high-value or delayed cases.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including customers, contractors, and local authorities.
- Ensure timely delivery of work orders and manage backlogs.
- Provide cover for other regional engineers during absences.
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical understanding of sewer networks and the implications of work required to address asset failures, along with repair techniques.
- Knowledge of NRSWA, CDM regulations, and health & safety risks.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret management data and balance customer needs with cost efficiency.
- Collaborative, resilient, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
