Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of CSA technicians in the installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management Train and mentor new team members Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation and maintenance Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the renewable energy industry Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and technologies Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Valid driver's license and clean driving record
