Facility Services Lead

NI is looking for a new colleague for its EMEA regional Facility group to fill the role of Facility Services Manager. This person will lead the internal core service processes of the facility management group and coordinate internal service activities. This includes developing local subcontractors and integrating them into the company processes/culture!

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Developing the internal services of the Facilities team by coordinating, developing, and integrating subcontractors. You will analyze measurements and reports to coordinate further development actions.
- Coordinating security services-including continuous training and informing personnel and handling daily matters. You will be an authority on security and protection issues, oversee the asset security activities for all of the company's buildings, organize the work of experts assigned to these tasks.
- Acting as the contact person for TISAX and AEO certifications. You will coordinate the administration and systematize processes during annual reviews.
- Establishing, developing, and continuously monitoring the strategic communication of the NI Facilities group, and supporting project communications.
- Monitoring the group's statistical indicators, trends, and implemented measures. You will also document, systematize, and establish the storage order of the results.
- Supporting the group's processes at a European level.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- College/university degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing services
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
