- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
- Support leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provides effective human resources and services in achievement of business objectives
- Ensure that the company meets its legal and social obligations in connection with all employment matters and work closely with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team to promote workplace safety, accident prevention, and occupational health initiatives
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results, by maintaining close communication with frontline employees, addressing workplace and welfare concerns, and resolving issues proactively to enhance stability and satisfaction.
- Deploy group people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Lead core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
- Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance including skills training, quality awareness, and onboarding programs tailored to production needs.
- Develop and implement strategic compensation and benefits structure. Monitor reward systems which are both competitive and equitable to acquire and retain high quality employees.
- Other assignments required by line manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor Degree. Prefer HR/ Management / Business.
- At least 8 years of working experience in multinational companies and candidates with solid experience in the marine industry and strong business knowledge of the sector will be given preference.
- Proficiency in both written and oral English.
- Work independently, aggressive, self-initiated, self-motivated Team spirit and capability of leading a team.
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, result orientated and capable of performing efficiently in a changing environment.
