Role Overview
As an ARC Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of GE Aerospace's 24/7 incident and crisis management team. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to global incidents that may affect GE Aerospace operations. You will work rotating shifts to ensure continuous operational readiness and provide timely reporting and recommendations to leadership.

- Operate emergency notification systems and other security tools to support crisis management efforts.
- Collaborate with Watch Officers and other ARC team members to ensure seamless operations during shifts.
- Maintain situational awareness and provide recommendations for response actions.
- Follow established standard work and operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Participate in training programs to maintain readiness and proficiency in ARC operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ARC processes and tools.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in security studies, intelligence, emergency management, international relations, or a related field.

- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and case management systems.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-stress environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard work procedures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance.
