If you are a Technical Program Manager, Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are seeking an innovative and experienced Technical Program Manager to successfully drive transformational initiatives across both MFG & the company by creating roadmaps, coordinating execution, building strong relationships, and mitigating risks and challenges that arise!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Drives the execution of transformational initiatives across MFG and the enterprise, working with key business customers and technical subject matter experts to coordinate delivery and realize value
• Collaborate across multiple cross-functional technical teams (R&D, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering) to define project goals, identify risks, and make technical tradeoffs
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Provide strong analytical thinking for existing business and technical problems, working with customers to clearly identify requirements to enable capabilities.
• Effectively communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to customers including, but not limited to, senior executive management
• Develops program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, maintains organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversees multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached, manages budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Leads the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate execution including project plans, decision logs, risk logs, communications plans, and performance measures
• Build strong partnerships with internal & external customers to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes
• Achieve project results employing project management, process design, and change management methodologies
• Develop and implement right-sized change management plans to prepare, equip, and support individuals through change
• Leverage continuous improvement and process analysis methodologies to analyze complex processes, identify gaps and design new effective business processes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Engineering Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Electrical or Computer engineering, from an accredited college/university
• 7-10 years of experience in technical project and or program management
• Superior problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics knowledge
• Experience managing a project on an enterprise scale
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder

• Self-motivated and proactive and able to deal with ambiguity
• Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly summarize critical information
• Experience with change management and process management preferred
