The Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the commissioning process, ensuring the successful start-up and operation of the plant. This role will be on a 18 month contract with a scope to extension and based in Denmark. Responsibilities: • Commissioning Planning: Develop a comprehensive commissioning plan, considering project timelines, resource allocation, and coordination with various stakeholders. • Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure that all systems, equipment, and components are installed, tested, and ready for commissioning as per project specifications. • Commissioning Procedures: Develop detailed commissioning procedures and protocols for all plant systems, including equipment start-up, functional testing, performance testing, and safety protocols. • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of commissioning engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise. • Completion and Handover Management: Develop and manage the Completion Management System to document all commissioning verification activities from mechanical completion through to the verification of systems operating as per their design intent. Qualifications: • Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in commissioning and start-up of industrial plants. • Strong technical knowledge of process systems, equipment, and relevant industry standards and regulations. • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing commissioning teams, including planning, resource management, and execution. • Excellent project management and organizational skills
