Requirements

10+ years of relevant AIM management consulting experience (MBA preferred).
Expertise in asset and engineering information management, asset management, and capital project execution within the industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of the daily operations of asset information required for supporting process plant lifecycles.
Proficiency in core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, and meticulous attention to detail.
High emotional intelligence for effective communication with diverse clients and teams.
Confidence and maturity to collaborate with senior executives.
Ability to function both independently and as an integral part of a larger team dedicated to selling and delivering management consulting services to owner operators.
Capability to lead teams, underpinned by a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and unwavering commitment to exceptional client service.
Outstanding critical thinking skills, driven by an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Location Flexibility: This position may be based in either Canada or the USA:
