About this role: Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a role based in Perth? We're actively seeking individuals to join our Operations Projects team with a strong focus on Rail Projects, and we're eager to hear from you!

• Delivery and management of NPI and Rail projects on brownfield sites
• Stakeholder management of internal and external stakeholders which include internal
• Operational Projects personal, contractors, consultants, and the broader Fortescue family
• Drive schedule improvements to reduce delivery timeframes safely
• Deliver cost and capital effective solutions to improve the project’s capital intensity whilst delivering the projects scope on time and within budget safely
• Provide effective and strategic reporting and communications of project performance on aregular basis
  
• Demonstrated experience to deliver unique projects safely and on time.Relentless focus on the deliverables including agility v’s perfection
• Interpret and implement Engineering design discipline and specification

What you need to bring:

• 5yrs + Electrical, Civil or SMP experience ideally with strong Rail background
• Trade or Degree qualified highly regarded
• High commitment to safety and good knowledge of lifecycle hazards
• Extensive Project Management experience including the delivery of large, complex andmulti discipline projects
  
• Experience with project budgeting and cost control
• Experience managing multiple contractor groups
• Ability to successfully engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal awareness with ability to lead and motivate teams
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for excellence
• Results driven, responsible and accountable
• Ability to manage under pressure and adapt quicky to change
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
