FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Primary purpose of job

Direct, manage, plan, supervise and control the operations, administration and maintenance of Clubs and Recreation in Mesaieed – Golf Club, MBRC and Sports Complex including activities of the club, community activities, major sporting events, social/leisure events according to high level of performance and standard while observing financial accountability and control to ensure customer satisfaction and cost effective operations. Supervise and administer comprehensive recreation and sporting programs and events to meet the leisure and sporting needs of the Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC) community at Sports Complex within effective systems and cost control.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5-8 years supervisory experience in an international hotel or Social Club. • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word and Excel). SAP knowledge or equivalent is required. • Basic knowledge of HSE and HACCP. • Holder of a valid Qatari driving license. • Strong supervisory skills, good command in English communication, organization and problem-resolution skills. • Excellent writing skills, communication, influencing and negotiating skills. Ability to deal effectively with the multi-cultural patrons, visitors and employees.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or any relevant discipline and possesses a Level1 of HACCP qualification.
