Qualifications:

BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent
5-10 years post-graduate experience required in C&P within the O&G industry
Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data is key.
Ability to work in a matrix environment.
Curiosity for technical matters.
Adaptability to changing project conditions.
Problem Solving and Planning / organizing / coordinating / controlling.

The Job holder liaises with other teams and participates to the processes and communication of the contracts entity by performing the following tasks

1. Monitor and report progress, prepare Procurement Status Report to Project Management Team
2. Develop and maintain updated registers of placed purchase orders.
3. Ensure consistency of vendor documentation and deliverables with the purchase orders.
4. Expedite the suppliers' documentation and reports.
5. Liaise with all parties within the Project to consolidate, update and follow up all material procurement activities to maintain registers up to date.
6. Develop and issue reports to ensure close-out of vendor purchase orders.
7. Develop and maintain KPIs on project deliveries.
8. Liaise with the project logistic and materials team for the reception and the dispatch of the procured materials.
9. To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by project management.
