Mission: Coordinate the activities regarding the client satisfaction chain (CSC), ship management functions, operational crew management, technical and maintenance , region of Malongo and Soyo.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the company's fleet by coordinating all activities and liaising with all relevant departments

• Accountable for vessels under management and coordinate with all aspects relating budget execution and revenue/cost analysis of the fleet.

• Coordinate ship management functions: QHSE, vessel maintenance, operational, crewing.

• Draft and update the marine/subsea agreement actions plan report and drive required actions with internal teams.

• Ensure operability of the company's fleet by ensuring that maintenance and repair operations are executed timely and in efficient manner.

• Ensure the efficient utilization of the crew by coordinating operational crew management activities and crew scheduling in order to have at all time the minimum safe manning onboard vessels.

• Management of Technical personnel in formulating plans, designs and cost estimates for the vessel repairs and upgrades. Develop, execute and manage approved shipyard vessel repairs, inspections, policies and procedures.

• Support the commercial department in the issuing of tenders, budgets and manpower requirements.

• Receive and evaluate regional bases report regarding activities of crew management, ship management, functions, vessels technical assistance and the budget execution.

• Visit periodically the regional bases to evaluate the status of activities and ensure the smooth running of operations.

• Ensure proper mitigations actions with contracts manager and prevent any non-conformity

• Lead, implement and ensure that vessel is operated in accordance with all HSE policies.

• Ensure vessels are operated as per Bourbon standards.

• Ensure the Bourbon requirements and expectations with regard to vessel management are communicated and implemented on board vessels.
Supervise and coordinate the self-verification process of Sonasurf contacted fleet, including the offshore inspection

Qualifications.
Marine Engineer OR Technical engineering diploma OR any other relevant qualifications

Experience
Five years or more as fleet manager
