Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or risk management.
At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, and/or risk management, with a proven track record of success.
Experience leading and managing teams and projects.
Experience working in a large, complex organization with diverse stakeholders.
Experience conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies.
Experience with sustainability reporting, including ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD
In-depth knowledge of ESG issues, trends, and best practices
Understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting standards related to ESG and risk management.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and guidelines, such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to different audiences.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risks and make strategic recommendations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, data management and reporting tools, and other relevant software
