• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or risk management.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, and/or risk management, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience leading and managing teams and projects.
• Experience working in a large, complex organization with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies.
• Experience with sustainability reporting, including ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD
• In-depth knowledge of ESG issues, trends, and best practices
• Understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting standards related to ESG and risk management.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and guidelines, such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to different audiences.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risks and make strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data management and reporting tools, and other relevant software
