Field Civil and Structural Engineer for NGC Angola. 

MISSION: 

Provide technical support to the field engineering manager for the review of technical specifications, for technical evaluations and in the technical interface with the Client

TASKS: 

• Provide design alternatives to solve construction issues
• Provide technical support for field construction and provide assistance for any engineering adjustments on site.
• Interface with engineering home office

SKILLS:

• graduated in civil structural engineering
• Minimum 5 years of site and construction experience for civil works
• Knowledge of calculation methods for the design of foundations, concrete works, concrete and steel structures, including soil improvement techniques
• Knowledge of construction materials and tests aimed at understanding their characteristics
• Knowledge of buildings design and engineering
• Ability to control and review design documents
• Knowledge of the main international standards and codes and ability to analyze project requirements in terms of local regulations
• Knowledge of tools related to 3D modeling
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package
