PROJECT MATERIAL MANAGER

Seniority: Expert/Senior (Management skills min 7 year exp)

MISSION:

• Ensure that project Post Order Management activities (Expediting, Inspection, Material Management ) are executed to guarantee that purchased goods are available at the final destination as per planning
• Ensure timely integrated strategies, planning, execution, control for expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods respecting budget, costs of project Post Order operations
• Be the focal point for Project Post Order activities for stakeholders [internally (Project Manager, Procurement Manager, Construction/Fabrication, etc..) and externally (Client, Vendors, etc)]

SKILLS:

1. Bachelor of Mechanical or metallurgical engineering or other relevant engineering degree.
2. SAP knowledge
3. Having a total experience of minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas Projects. (ADNOC project experience is a plus)
4. Strong Experience in Material Management Processes. (Saipem Experience is a preferred plus)
5. Strong Supervisory, Coordination and Reporting Skills.
6. Fluent English language.
7. Strong Experience in Project Materials Management (Expediting, Inspection, Material Management ) (ADNOC project experience is a plus)
8. Preferably familiar with Adnoc Standards / Specifications.
