To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Fornebu is looking for an Architectural 2D Designer who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing? 

You will be working as Architectural 2D Designer together with other colleagues in the Valhall project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:
 

• Developing detailed 2D architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections
• Incorporating design inputs from architects and engineers into the 2D drawings
• Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with design standards in the drawings
• Coordinating with other disciplines to integrate their requirements into the architectural drawings
• Assisting in the preparation of design deliverables and construction packages

We think you should have some of the following:

• BSc. or relevant working experience
• Proficiency in 2D architectural design software
• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
• Understanding of drawing standards and conventions
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete 2D design documentation
• Software Skills: AutoCa Microstation/BricsCad (or project relevant SW) and Navisworks
• PDMS or E3D knowledge
• Previous experience in Aker Solutions is preferrable
• Fluent in English (written and oral)

Working location: Fornebu, Oslo
Contract duration: June 2024 with option for extension
