Airswift is seeking a Junior Engineer to work on a permanent basis with an oil and gas Company.

Brief Job Overview

Energetic tech savvy Engineer that can support multiple initiatives under guidance. This includes reviewing business process, documentation, working with management to implement documented changes. The role might be similar to a business analyst but will be supporting ops, finance, business and safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaison with client corporate safety
• Put in a program - monthly meetings / open channel for communication.
• Build out minimum standards for all clients.

• Visit sites with a regular cadence - Plan and Lead monthly site safety meetings.
• Mentor field Safety staff / own job description.
• Mentor Field Spreads and work with operations.
• Understand management of change for implementation of programs
• Work with the field to get to 100% compliance.
• Deal with issues immediately providing options, mentorship and advice to spreads.
• Implement non-intrusive modern data collection.
• Understand current technologies, options and industry standards.
• Implement tools where an admin is not required.
• Own safety records and compliance
• Includes putting in training and performance evaluation plans to make sure we are compliant and owning a large part of onboarding.
• Build out plan and implement for 100% compliance (take ownership)
• Build out safety reporting.
• Client weekly and monthly reporting including stats, analysis and narratives.
• Responsible for budgets / costs / monthly reporting
