Airswift is seeking a Procurement Expeditor to consider a contract role on a FPSO project in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Upload weekly expediting reports into the SAP system for all projects
• Assisting the Expeditors to maintain delivery dates of purchase order deliverable within Company's work system (SAP_DL).
• Assist the Expeditors to track, monitors & follow up on supplier data documents submissions.
• Providing controls & maintaining logging mechanism to manage/monitor Bulks deliverable certificates .
• Assist Expeditors to reconcile Bulks Purchase order deliverables with suppliers .
• Sending reminders to Expeditors to close out pending ASN, OSND & Supplier Performance Evaluation.

Requirements for this role:

• Possesses a Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with FPSO experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
