Airswift is currently looking for an HSE Rep - SCSt Fabrication & Testing, for one of our largest projects in Norway. This position has a Monday-Friday schedule. The length is a 22-month contract with the possibility of an extension. Job Description

The HSE Rep - SCSt Fabrication & Testing will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of operational excellence (OE) processes and HSE management systems, documentation, and activities to meet Project execution planning requirements and Project/ABU HSE performance objectives.

Safeguard Effectiveness
• Supports the contractor to implement a safeguard assurance program that meets the requirements of Company safeguard assurance expectations.
• Actively participates in site safety engagements, focusing on the presence and effectiveness of safeguards.
• Prepares and maintains reports, or documents on the effectiveness of safeguards, including monitoring application of HSE standards and goals.
• Develops programs and recommendations to improve the use (presence) and effectiveness of safeguards during fabrication.
• Supports J-IC IIR data reporting specialist with compilation and interpretation of Contractor fabrication leading indicators for review with Package teams and the Project OELT to proactively monitor Contractor HSE performance and trends.

HSE & Quality Culture Program
• Plays an active role in the development of the safety (and quality) culture on the project that reinforces positive HSE and quality behaviours.
• Fully supports and participates in all J-IC Care initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and operator personnel.
• Supports the contractor to create, administers and monitor HES programs involving all levels of employees on the project through presentations, printed materials, and activities.

Risk Assessment and Control of Work
• Participates and reviews site risk assessments.
• Participates and supports contractor control of work process to facilitate clear understanding of risks and controls associated with fabrication activities.

Emergency Response and Incident Investigation and Reporting
• Supports the contractor emergency response plans, including supporting with facilitation and assessment of emergency response drills.
• Leads the Company incident investigation and reporting (II&R) process for the SCSt fabrication activities.

Requirements

• Traveling to Oslo and Poland
• Norwegian and/or Polish speaker
• 10 years' experience in HSE Management for fabrication, preferably in a European
• Fabrication yard with familiarity with the IOGP lifesaving rules.
• Extensive experience with System Integration Testing (and or FATs) for large subsea equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English
