No experience / No degree Our client, a major Oil and Gas company, is looking for a Facility Construction Coordinator IV to work on a 24 month contract in Houston, TX.

- Develop a detailed staging plan for all aspects of the Willow Central Facilities and Drillsites in adherence with CPMS processes and guidelines, project specifications, and external stakeholder requirements.
- Identify and participate in interface management activities. Ensure all interfaces are communicated during development of the staging plan and documented for use by the installation team.
- Assist in COP Constructability processes, assist in maintaining and developing the Shipping Register, and assist in formal logistics workshops.
- Ensure that the WCF and DS Material Staging Plans are fully integrated with all other portions of the Project Plan and are vetted by the project team.
- Become knowledgeable and integrated in the FIC Material Management System.
- Actively promote Company knowledge sharing; apply best practices, synergies, and lessons learned from other projects and operations.
- Provide key interface with engineering, fabrication, construction, logistics, and supply chain to develop the most cost effective and efficient means of material management.
- Review and provide comments on the engineering design, specifically with regards to component design, weight, and dimensions to ensure alignment with transportation and staging.
- Support the development and response to Technical Queries (TQ's) raised by engineering and installation contractors from a material managements point of view.
- Support the development of the Willow Facilities procurement strategies.
- Support the Material Management development of Requests for Proposals (RFP's).
- Support the development of transportation and staging schedules and priorities. Review contractor/vendor schedules for alignment with key project milestones.
- Participate in review of the overall project estimate and schedule.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 15+ years of projects experience in a construction materials or logistics role
- Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Travel required up to 25%
- Strong Material Management background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction, or related field
- 10+ years of Alaska Arctic (or equivalent) Logistics and Construction experience
- Demonstrated strong technical competence, understanding of unique Alaska transportation, Logistics and Material Handling requirements.
- Previous experience with the company Capital Projects Management System (CPMS)
- Demonstrated performance as part of a team working large project and interfacing with project leadership.
- Listens actively and invites dialogue for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results.
