Airswift is seeking to invite a graduate in IT to consider a Junior IT Engineer position in the oil and gas industry.

Main responsibilities are:

• Provide support for all Employees.
  • Software Installation (i.e., Application software, Anti-virus, etc.).
  • Computer Hardware Setup including printers and other related.
  • System, computer hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Maintains Network and system stability.
• Maintains/updates IT records and other pertinent IT related project documentations.
• Keeps track of inventory levels of equipment and materials
• Performs data entry and maintenance of records such as project documents, user instructions,
• general reports and/or systems errors.
• Review, evaluate & recommends solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or
• network updates.
• Logs new encountered technical issues and concerns
• Aids on the IT infrastructure development including the deployment of new technologies.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must be a Computer Engineer Graduate and technically motivated.
• May have 1 to two years experience.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Must have ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems.
• Must have basic knowledge in LAN/WAN setup and configuration.
• Must have basic knowledge in Windows Administration.
• May have basic knowledge and ability to perform a wide range of computer systems software,
• applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
• Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide
• can handle pressure of work in emergency cases (sudden network and server down, etc.)
