Our client, a major Oil and Gas operator in Papua New Guinea, is looking for a Security Data Analyst to join their team on a Contract basis. The primary function of the "Security Data Analyst" is to Gain proficiency in the use of client's databases, including i2, Isometrix, IMPACT and MS Access databases. Maintain accurate records of community, security and open-source information relating to Client's operations. As directed, gather information from all available sources to provide analysis of trends and issues relating to client's operations. Produce reports as required by the Security Department. As directed, conduct field trips to PNG LNG and/or client's sites within PNG. Provide any other support as reasonably required and directed by the Operations Analyst or Security Manager.

Position Title : Security Data Analyst

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Use and maintain i2 database on a daily basis.
• Check to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
• Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Produce regular reports as per schedule.
• Extract information from databases in response to specific requests from client's personnel.
• Manage and protect sensitive information.
• Adhere to the client's Values and Behavior Framework and demonstrate commitment to safety, security, environment, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Analytical and conceptual skills.
• Well-developed written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience in the management and protection of sensitive information.
• Demonstrated time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated high competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Demonstrated competency with database systems.
• Commitment to SSHE principles.
