Kent is seeking an Expeditor to support Projects in Port Arthur, TX. Will report to Cost Control Manager and coordinate with onsite engineering coordinator and home office, client procurement teams.

Qualification/Certification:
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain
• ERP / Oracle experience and proficiency preferred.
• EPC / Package procurement experience necessary

About the job:
Kent is seeking an Expeditor to support Projects in Port Arthur, TX. Will report to Cost Control Manager and coordinate with onsite engineering coordinator and home office, client procurement teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of workface packages, bulk materials, and services from requisition through to order close-out.
- Coordinate technical documentation and clarifications between project and vendors
- Coordinate ITT activities including technical and commercial evaluation and associated documentation.
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
- Carry out supplier due diligence and prequalification.
- Expedite delivery and shipping of equipment and materials including supporting documentation to site.
- Expedite delivery, shipping and return of onsite equipment and materials sent out to repair.
- Assist in coordinating vendor site visits
- Support FAT and assist coordination of vendor equipment releases
- Interface with Engineering and Quality on documentation
- Support project with procurement of site support services
- Engage with warehouse on delivery, receipting and preservation.
- Utilize Oracle Cloud ERP system for P2P process and material management.
