• Good standard of education in Science, English and Math is essential
• Good IT literacy skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Experience within the textile sector, whether this be testing or production
• Understand the principals of a variety of test procedures and retailer performance standards
• Basic knowledge of test methos & specifications for consumer products and the ability to understand technical instruction, documents and standards
• Basic understanding of project management and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Team worker and about to work in a collaborative manner

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• Handling of outbound & return client correspondence by telephone & email in relation to production samples/queries with the agreed KPIs
• Handling of technical customer queries & ensuring customer satisfaction
• Giving advice to clients regarding reports in relation to the technical content & requirements
• Use of current LIMS system to aid in the selection of tests & to produce the worksheet / job sheet
• Selection of tests/final check/sending of reports based upon client supplied information for samples with advanced interpretational requirements (e.g., nursery products, MOD, etc)
• Advanced use of current LIMS system to aid in the selection of tests & to produce the worksheet/job sheet
