  • Assist the Package Manager in overseeing a gamut of vendor packages from contract award, through design, execution, commissioning to start-up.
  • Coordinate and facilitate vendor operations, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Engage in regular vendor meetings, review documentation, and reports.
  • Expedite vendor technical details supporting design, installation, and commissioning stages.
  • Vigilantly monitor deliverables alongside the Package Manager, safeguarding against schedule deviations.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, bridging technical interfaces between design consultants, installation contractors, and vendors.
  • Team up with the Contracts and Procurement unit, crafting scopes of work/services, aiding tendering processes, assessing potential order changes, and more.
  • Implement change management processes effectively.
  • Maintain consistent and impactful communication with the project delivery crew and all stakeholders.

Collaborative Opportunities with:

  • External: Elite contractors and vendor assemblies within the green energy arena.

Location:
  • Brisbane's unparalleled green ammonia facility.


  • Bachelor's in Engineering or alike.
  • 5+ years in project/package engineering.
  • Excel prowess with solid project reporting skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in Australia.
  • Top-notch analytical and communication faculties.
