Brunel are partnered with several major mining companies to deliver the best work opportunities for ICT & Engineering professionals within Australia. We are currently seeking Senior Network Engineers to work on a contract basis across a range of projects and equipment as fully embedded contractors.

As a Network Engineer, you will be working within the central Network and Communications teams that deliver engineering solutions to the wider business. These projects range from minor works to major capital projects across switches, routers, LTE, radio, microwave, LAN/WAN, firewalls & network security.

The positions are Perth based working in our clients' CBD offices. There is an element of WFH for all contractors as time is split between the office and your home.

To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:

• Minimum of CCNA certification, CCNP Preferred
• Practical experience with Cisco equipment within a large-scale organisation
• The ability to manage more than one project at a time
• Exposure to mining and/or resources industries that have unique network requirements in remote locations

You will also have specialist experience in at least one of the following:

• Layer 2, Switches, Routers, LAN/WAN, IP Engineering
• Firewalls, Security, OT Networks, Process Control Networks
• LTE, RF, Microwave, Industrial Communications

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge network and communications work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

You will receive an industry leading daily rate throughout your contract, including regular meetings with Brunel to ensure all contract conditions are exceeding expectations.

Your initial contract will be for 12 months, with review to extend at the end of the initial period.
