What You Will Do:
  • Create, maintain, and enhance enterprise-level applications using Power Platform to solve specific problems and automate processes.
  • Assist in the collection and identification of functional requirements.
  • Ensure thorough understanding of the development requirements and proposed application.
  • Identify new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
  • Maintain a development schedule, briefing the project manager regularly.
  • Lead and participate in the testing of applications; coordinate UAT.
  • Create data visualizations that leverage all features of Power BI (Parameters, Filters, Advanced Charts, Data Connections, Actions, Dashboards, etc.).
  • Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the internal customer experience.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams and project management groups.
  • Analyze data requirements, application, and processing architectures.
  • Assist in monitoring system performance, reliability, and availability.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a STEM field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in app development preferably with PowerApps canvas and Power Automate.
  • Experience creating Power BI dashboards.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience supporting Federal Government agencies.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Nice to have proficiency with Tableau.
  • Nice to have MS PL-400 or PL-600 Certifications.
  • Nice to have Power BI Analyst Associate and/or Certified Business Intelligence Professional.
  • Nice to have Agile/Scrum Certifications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High proficiency in developing solutions using Power Platform.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills consistent with a client group, including senior managers & executives.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX principles.
  • Attention to details.
  • Proficiency in translating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in writing queries and functions.
  • Sound problem-solving skills.
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • Motivation, willingness to innovate, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Advanced English

Reporting Relationships:

Will report to a manager or supervisor level position.
