ABS Group is currently searching for enthusiastic, highly motivated leaders with strong organizational skills to join our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) team in Washington, DC.
Provide Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Support Services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters (HQ), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), with strategy and implementation plans, best practice reports, and written products and reports for clients and customers.

ABS Group is currently searching for enthusiastic, highly motivated leaders with strong organizational skills to join our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) team in Washington, DC.
Provide Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Support Services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Headquarters (HQ), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), with strategy and implementation plans, best practice reports, and written products and reports for clients and customers.
What You Will Do:
- Support the OCIO's mission and priorities through the development of DHS enterprise Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management governance capabilities, by drafting and finalizing strategy and implementation plans that define risk posture.
- Developing Industry Best Practices reports.
- Develop policies and procedures for DHS prior to procuring/acquiring/utilizing information and communications technology (ICT) products and services.
- Establish mechanisms to assess and continuously monitor cybersecurity risks (both static and dynamic) associated with open-source code.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
- 2+ years experience writing products and reports for clients and customers.
- Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to identify programs, systems, and components that are most vital and may need additional cybersecurity or other protections.
- Ability to draft and publish well-written products and brief products and reports to clients and customers.
- Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must possess an active Top-Secret (TS) clearance and obtain SCI access.
- Must complete DHS security, onboarding process, and fitness determination as well as obtain a final Entry on Duty (EOD) decision before starting work on the contract.
