Job Function: Events / VIP Visit Coordinator

Position description:

Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating Corporate events and visits by individuals / groups from outside the

Company.

Duties and responsibilities:

Corporate Protocol representative is mainly responsible for planning logistics and staging of company major

events and activities in-Kingdom or out-of-Kingdom, as well as planning and implementation of VIP Visits and

related events which includes handling various delegations from either the Kingdom or from around the world.
