Business Communications Partner, Human Resources and Corporate Services
Position description
We are seeking a Human Resources and Corporate Services (HR&CS), Business Communications
Partner (BCP), to join the Business Communication Alignment Division in the Communication
Strategy Department, Public Affairs.
Together HR&CS are responsible for making sure Company provides its professionals with the right
development programs and high-quality environment to work and live in. The successful candidate
will serve as a communications advisor to the HR&CS team, and will be responsible for developing,
implementing, and evaluating a tailored and specific HR&CS communications strategy based on
the Aramco Business and Talent Management Plans.
The BCP's primary roles are to provide strategic advisory support as a key communications
interface between Public Affairs and HR&CS, and to ensure that all communications strategies are
fully aligned and integrated with the overall Corporate Communication Strategy and that
communication plan activation is well coordinated across Public Affairs.
Key responsibilities
Candidates will be required to support on the following tasks:
• Serve as a key interface and coordination point for all communications workstreams, managing
input from the HR&CS business leads, Business Communication Alignment team, and the
broader Communication Strategy Department.
• Stakeholder mapping and research that helps to build a deep understanding of the audience
and their needs.
• Leveraging data-driven insights (including corporate reputation tracking, media analysis,
benchmarking) to inform a strategic approach, communication objectives, and KPIs.
• Development of compelling, multi-channel HR&CS communications strategy, with input from
leadership and corporate affairs.
• Development of internally focussed messaging and supporting materials, drawing on proof
points to validate messages.
• Coordinating with other Public Affairs teams to successfully activate the communications
strategy - including through media relations, social media, event management, publishing,
internal communications, speechwriting, and other marketing/communications channels as
appropriate.
• Development of clear communications KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and
impact of communications and external engagement - in alignment with strategy.
