We are seeking a Communication & Network Specialist to join the Communication Division of King Abdulaziz

Center of World Culture (Ithra).

The Communication & Network Specialist role is to Technical knowledge and field experience related to

information technology, service management, Data center management, Supplier, and Contract management,

technical knowledge and field experience related to IT support, operation & maintenance, familiar with Saudi

Aramco engineering standards & procedure, Project management skills including contractor and sub-contractor

management, Quality control & Quality assurance, ITIL or COBIT framework experience

You will be required to perform the following:

Manage End-User Devices Support Unit

Manage Ithra IT Support Services contract, and Telecommunication Services

Provide 24X7 Data Center Infrastructure and Operations Support

Provide 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) Support

Provide Servers, Storage and Archive Management Support

Provide Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi Support Services to Ithra Staff and Visitors

Provide Wide Area Network (WAN) and Outside Plant Network Support Services

Provide IP Telephony, and Radio Communication Support Services
