Responsibilities:
- Search and match qualified candidates, through the company database, social media channels, job boards, and other resources;
- Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/online;
- Follow-up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews;
- Create and maintain strong talent pipelines and pools for current and future hiring needs;
- Monitor and optimize recruitment processes;
- Write, publish and advertise vacancies on various online platforms;
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with consultants.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience;
- Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates;
- Industry knowledge is a very big plus (maritime, offshore, oil & gas, civil construction, etc..);
- Fluent English and Dutch is an advantage;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills;
- Valid EU work permit.
