Function description

iPS Powerful People is best known for its crewing services for offshore, renewables, maritime and civil projects. iPS Select division of iPS works on the same prestigious projects, with a focus on office and management-related positions. Responsibilities:

• Search and match qualified candidates, through the company database, social media channels, job boards, and other resources;
• Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/online;
• Follow-up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews;
• Create and maintain strong talent pipelines and pools for current and future hiring needs;
• Monitor and optimize recruitment processes;
• Write, publish and advertise vacancies on various online platforms;
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with consultants.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience;
• Understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates;
• Industry knowledge is a very big plus (maritime, offshore, oil & gas, civil construction, etc..);
• Fluent English and Dutch is an advantage;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills;
• Valid EU work permit.

Recruitment Process:

• Initial Screening with Corporate Recruiter (A telephone or Teams interview to assess basic qualifications).
• Face-to-face interview with Hiring Manager and Team (In-depth interview to evaluate skills and team fit).
• Reference Check (Verification of qualifications and work history through minimum of a 2 references).
• Face-to-face interview with Director (Assessment of alignment with company goals and culture).
• Job Offer (A formal job offer with terms and conditions).
• Onboarding and Integration (Welcome and integration of the new employee into the organization).
