Our client is a global pharmaceutical company who has a passion for science technology and innovation. Seeking a casual full-time Scientist with Customer Service experience to join their team in Bayswater location in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a 4 month contract role until end of March 2024

Main Responsibilities:

• Customer service admin, phone call scientific support and order entry
• Follow up on customer order tracking / ETA
• Scientific customer support on emails and other queries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with growth mindset

• Full Australian work right required
• Previous customer service experience
• Intermediate Excel skills including using VLOOKUP
• Life Science background OR worked at scientific company

• Bayswater based role in Melbourne
• Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm full-time
• Onsite parking, Café, new modern designed offices
• Contract role until end of March 2024
• $36.50 - $40/hr depending on experience
