** Quantity Surveyor **
Location: Dunkirk, France OR Luxembourg
Duration: 12 months renewable contract - Years worth of work.
Start Date: ASAP

I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Dunkirk OR Luxembourg for a multinational steel giant whom have most recently announced a series of mega-scale capital investment projects.

Job Description:
-Develop price/forecasts for the cost of the different components needed for a project. Understand the needs of the Project for price or feasibility.
-Track changes to the design and/or construction work for the project work packages and adjusting budget projections in line with these for.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations and standards.

Job Requirements:
-5-10 Year Quantity Surveyor experience.
-Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction or Business Administration is a plus.
-Proficiency in ERP / IT tools (SAP, BW)
-EPCM and PMC interface experience
-Experience in large scale project mode
