NES Fircroft has been selected to identify the next Infrastructure Systems Engineer for our client Chevron, a global Oil and Gas company.

This is a Perth based postion that involves occational site visits where required.

Job Overview |The primary responsibility is as an PCN/OT Infrastructure System Engineer who will be a key contributor to our support team, working on operational PCN/OT systems. The role will work closely with key delivery teams focusing on operational and reliability requirements to assure safe, secure, and optimal running of the PCN/OT infrastructure systems (Server, Storage and Applications), aligning with the technical standards and Cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities |
  • Deliver reliable and secure operations of PCN/OT Infrastructure systems while enabling digital capabilities. Provide technical support, troubleshooting and fault rectification of technical issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and direction in in relation to Design, Review and Implementation of solutions for major additions and upgrades for PCN/OT environment.
  • Execute site requests for IT and PCN/OT Infrastructure support and develop new site capability requests working with central teams.
  • Build relationships and partner with local, site based and international teams to provide robust and secure IT/OT PCN operations.
  • Provide expertise in the governance, compliance and cyber security impacting our PCN/OT Infrastructure assets.
  • Maintain security compliance and design to ensure infrastructure systems conform to relevant Corporate and legislative policies, standards, technical controls.
Essentials |
  • Bachelor Computer Science, Bachelor Information Technology, or engineering related degree or related qualifications or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting Infrastructure systems including Active directory, Windows Server, Firewalls, VMWare ESX, Storage, Application Administration and Database Administration to ensure they are aligned with cybersecurity and compliance policies, standards and technical controls in large scale or Enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, problem solving, and resolving IT/OT technical issues.
  • Experienced working in PCN/OT environment.
  • Ability to deal and communicate with different stakeholders, customer focus, and work as one team with technical practitioners.
  • Full working australian rights.
