Track/SAP Administrator

We are seeking a TRACK Administrator to join the team! My client is a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company in California. If you are interested in hearing more, apply with you most recent resume!

Responsibilities:

• Onboards contractors into the TRACK system
• Clears exceptions for all contractors on TRACK system
• Assists with timekeeping - accepts and rejects timesheets per their Contracts
• Sets up SAP agreements, as required
• Creates Service Masters
• Trains employees on TRACK system

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of administrative or clerical experience required
• Three (3) years of experience with TRACK system preferred
• SAP experience a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications
• Refinery or Petrochemical Plant experience a plus
