Job Description:

As a Senior Planner you'll be the driving force behind project organization and coordination. Your role includes creating, monitoring, and updating project plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on track and meet key milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules with input from the Project team, approved by the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to allocate resources and set project timelines.
• Ensure all project scope activities are integrated into schedules.
• Issue schedules following our Document Control system.
• Collect progress data from design teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain and update project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage progress reporting against schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules to align with project timelines.
• Implement change control processes per project contract requirements.
• Recommend delivery and sequencing strategies based on your project expertise.
• Suggest internal Project Control Process Improvements and conduct quality checks.
• Provide client performance data and reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualification in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Project Planning software (Primavera) required.
• Experience in planning/scheduling roles.
• Experience in construction industry (civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering preferred).
• Knowledge of project delivery environments.
• Familiarity with the Project Lifecycle.
