No experience / No degreeFor our client, major energy Operator, we are looking for an experienced contract OSBL Project Engineer for a major renewable energy project in Paris suburb.
The mission is for 1 year renewable with a 3 years visibility on this huge project.
The project engineer will look after a € 60M project including the below scope:
• Interface with EPC Engineering companies for all engineering topics
.• Management of lead discipline Specialists to ensure that all projects get the right support for the management of theses disciplines
.• Responsible for the technical quality of engineering deliverables produced by the Contractors under contracts.
• Documents, assesses, seeks approval and manages any required deviation from the project scope but aims to stay within the scope and the contract
• Reviews, amends, and validates documents produced by engineering company regarding OSBL/LOGISTIC/UTILITIES Project,in due time according coordination procedure
• Follow-up of Project Management documentation, Including the review of project good governance via verification of internal guides and practices and the proper application of the Safety Concept.
• Responsible for OSBL/LOGISTIC/UTILITIES Key Design Reviews according the contract.
• Assess, prioritize and manage OSBL/LOGISTIC/UTILITIES Lots risks consistent with overall risk management plan
• Initiates risk identification workshops with Engineering Contractor and maintains Risk Register
The candidate must have a good track record of project engineering experience;
A background in mechanical or process engineering is suitable for the role.
An experience with different EPC contractors will be recommended
French and English speaking mandatory
