The role?
A new role has arisen in our Machine Workshop in Aberdeen for a Machinist. This is an onshore role based in the workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture of various components for the energy industry, using CNC machines. Other duties and responsibilities will include:
You are?
To be successful for the role candidates must be a minimum 4 year recognised apprentice and hold a City & Guilds Engineering or equivalent. It is preferred you have knowledge of Mazatrol programming, but not essential for the role. You will be a team player and hold previous experience working in a workshop environment.

The role?

- Safe and efficient operation of CNC and manual machines and lathes
- Manufacturing of various components to manufacturing drawings dimensions and tolerance
- Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely manner or by committed delivery dates
- Ensure relevant safety, and quality standards are met
- Ensure high standard of workmanship and quality
- Work in line with company objectives
You are?
