Process Manager

· Develop and implement a Permit to Work Procedure and System (including SIMOPS) ensuring maintenance, auxiliary and associated facilities, sections and groups, tasks and activities are executed in a safe and controlled environment

· Prepare daily instructions for the shift and operating teams for Refinery Operations prioritization and optimization and ensure the plan is followed

· Responsible for coordination of procurement of Catalyst / Chemicals / additives and required process consumables with supply chain / 3rd party

· Drive Operational Excellence with the help of engineering specialist from Technical / Safety / Machinery / Maintenance / Application (IT) / IEA disciplines etc.

· Accountable for maintaining high levels of unit or work reliability, cost effective operations, and/or feedstock and product movements

· Plan, coordinate, and execute the optimization of field/plant assets, manpower, and logistics

· Manage within the budget, identify and capture efficiencies and prioritize work commitments

· Supervise and assist field personnel, area superintendents and others with implementation of all plans, procedures, specifications and requirements

· Review, comment and oversee implementation of the EPC Contractor’s Refinery Operations Guidelines

· Conducting PMC/Management audits and inspections to verify compliance with the Project Operations & Production Management System and to identify means of improvement

· Arrange and chair Operations & Production Strategy and Situation Report meetings as needed

· Participate and contribute in scenario-based risk assessments, project risk assessments, internal audits, operations integrity assessments and other reviews as applicable

· Liaise with EPC, OWNER and fellow PMC Management on the Data Handover Plan ensuring Commissioning, tag, documentation and other information is transitioned into Client’s Operations and Maintenance system successfully

· Assist PMC Commissioning Team to augment EPC’s Commissioning and Spares Materials Plan into Refinery Organization control

· Ensure that the EPC Contractor establishes a program for Refinery Operational Audits and Inspections

· Ensure that the EPC Contractor prepares a monthly Operations & Production report including statistics for review by the Project Director and others as required

· Performing such other tasks as may be assigned by the PMC Project Director

The candidate should ideally also be able to demonstrate experience in one or more of the following services areas:

· Industry competitiveness/awareness,

Must have:

· Management experience of PMC projects

· Management experience on large EPC projects

· Fluency in written and spoken English

· Ability to influence decisions on tactical and strategic operational matters and communicate with all levels on the project
