Airswift is seeking an Offshore Planning Analyst to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
This person will develop work of great complexity in the area of Personnel Logistics, including support in the scheduling of class changes of offshore units, preparation of various reports with information pertinent to flight control, boarding daily rates and location of personnel by unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize embarkation and disembarkation of all offshore personnel, interacting with the logistics team so that transportation and accommodation arrangements are made for employees, when necessary.
• Interact with UNWTO and ground leaders in the schedules of class exchanges, SISPAT, occasional and/or special flights.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence to the logistics team, including information regarding the planning of shipment of the offshore public.
• Contact offshore officials to inform or confirm shipment planning.
• Record and report costs and absences from personnel embarkation and disembarkation schedules.
• Perform the monthly registration and control of daily embarkation of offshore personnel for issuance of reports and forwarding to interested departments.
• Support the management in the supervision of Jr. people in the team, as well as in the training of tools and execution of daily tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, administration or other correlative areas.
• Experience in activities such as crew planning, logistics and client support.
• Fluent English.
