We are seeking an all-around BI consultant with the focus on Microsoft technology to join our small data team. In this role you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing the data solution on Microsoft Azure and Power BI.

We are looking for an all-around player who has experience in all aspect of setting up an Data Platform. Know the import of good communication with the end user but also understand technique challenges with modifying data.

Your responsibility would be:

• Rewrite requirements into functional + technical designs.
• closely with the key users on understanding their requirement and helping translate them into user stories.
• Develop data pipelines, ETL process and data warehouse solution within azure
• a basic pipelines to extract data and store them into a Azure Data Lake.
• Creating dimension and facts in SQL database
• with the raw data in useful dimension that can be used in Power BI. Keeping in mind all the functional requirement and future options.
• Set up Power BI reports
• Power BI reports including RLS, Dax measures, colour schema and a useful storytelling within the report.
• Help writing communication and adoption plan
• building the report part of the responsibility is also the adoption, how launch we the report to the end user, what will the support be.

Profile

• you speak Dutch and English
• you have between 3 to 7 years of experience in a BI-related role
